Not only is there information on human emergency situations (like how to do CPR), but there is also a section for your favorite 4-legged friends. Dropbox

Have you ever had a moment where you needed a computer file, but it was on another computer? Now there is a solution that will end any such occurrences, Dropbox. Dropbox is a cloud storage system that allows you to share your files from a number of different devices, as long as they have an internet connection.
Dropbox is compatible across a number of different platforms including Android, IOS, Windows, Mac, and Linux. By having applications available for the service on all platforms, everyone can have access to personal files on the go, even when they only have their smartphone available. One of the best features about Dropbox is the price, FREE!!! Well the price is free for up to 2GB of online storage, which is more than enough for your average user. For those who require more they offer a paid account up to 350GB.
I personally have used Dropbox for over a year now and have found that it is an essential for students. Every paper, and notes for class, are saved into my dropbox account. By doing this I keep all of my files synchronized between all of my devices and always have access to it. For me this is a must have.

myHomework; The coolest app for student efficiency

In my research i found this great efficiency application. MyHomework is an apple application that helps student organize, bet you can guess, homework! It is compatible for iPhone, iPod, & iPads, and the best part is that it is FREE.

The main purpose of this application is to organize school work. The coolest thing in my opinion is the calendar part of the application. You can enter all assignments for the whole year, and even have alerts for when things are due. This application is very easy to use, and very helpful for those who need a little extra organization.

myHomework is currently on version 3.0.6 & some of the cool updates are;

- Homework items now show day of the week instead of year on due dates
- In Homework, late and completed are now displayed separate under the All filter
- Some performance improvements and small bug fixes

With this application you can also sync & update online, which makes life a lot easier.

Some Questions for the audience:

Have you heard of this application or applications like this before?
Is this something you would use or find helpful?
